Temukan Sisi Lain Dari Dirimu

Clown Masks adalah kelas topeng jenaka yang memadukan unsur topeng badut modern dengan topeng badut tradisional Bali (Bondres), yang mengajak para peserta menemukan sisi lain dirinya melalui keragaman karakter topeng yang dimainkan.

Tiga tahap yang didapatkan peserta adalah Eksplorasi; tahap awal untuk bisa menyatu dan merasakan karakter melalui menari, olah tubuh, bernyanyi, dan olah vokal. Eksekusi; tahap kedua mulai dengan memainkan peran dengan karakter dari setiap topeng yang digunakan, dengan cerita yang beragam. Improvisasi; tahap ketiga adalah penyelesaian dengan improvisasi act out, story, vocal yang datang tanpa rencana sebagai proses penguatan karakter.

Kelas ini menekankan keseriusan dalam kejenakaan dan jenaka namun serius, karena di balik topeng badut ada kecerdasan yang didapat dari keseriusan.

Discover Another Side of Yourself

Clown Masks is a comedy mask workshop that blends modern clown elements with the traditional Balinese clown mask (Bondres), inviting participants to discover another side of themselves through the diverse range of mask characters they perform.

Participants will go through three stages:

Exploration – The initial stage to merge with and truly feel the character through dance, choreography, singing, and vocal exercises.

Execution – The second stage, where participants begin to portray the distinct character of each mask they use, bringing a variety of stories to life.

Improvisation – The third and final stage, culminating in spontaneous acting, storytelling, and vocal expression — performed without prior planning — as a process to strengthen and deepen the character.

This workshop emphasizes seriousness within humor, and humor that is grounded in sincerity; because behind the clown mask lies insight and wisdom that is gained through earnest dedication.

This wonderful clown experience is led by one of the best clowns in Bali.

It is a pleasure to have Nugurah in our Balinese faculty because he radiates all that we value living among these welcoming and loving people in Bali.

A brilliant, beautiful, well-educated soul and full of love and fun for his participants. And he is a good father for his little son too. And work for the environment too. Come and help!

If you work with Ngurah Senglad alone, it will cost 75 US dollars per hour. Minimum 3 hours per day. And a minimum of 3 days. When you sign in, you pay up front the total amount of the fee.

The space rent and cleaning cost 55 dollars $ us per class. 3 hours.. Per day.

If you bring in 2 more participants, it will still be 75 dollars per hour...When you are four, we start to open up for a talk about a discount.

You have clean toilets and water and a space beyond description. Those who know call it a little Borobudur because of its supporting power for the artists, and the Nirvana reach at the end.
